Hub Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026 · Private publishing test

Who provides Hub

Hub is software for recording, editing, organizing, and preparing videos, operated by Davis Larsen, based in Utah, United States. Contact davis@davispeps.com with questions or account requests.

These terms cover Hub's apps and related services, including its private social-publishing test. Read the Privacy Policy before using the services. Where Hub asks you to agree to these terms and the policy, review them before continuing.

Private testing and eligibility

Social-account connections and publishing are currently being tested with the operator's own accounts. This test is not an offer of public creator access or a statement that any platform has approved a public launch. Features are available only where enabled in your version of Hub.

The private publishing test is free and limited to adults 18 or older. It does not create a subscription or authorize a charge. Any future paid service will have separately presented pricing and terms before you choose it. Connected platforms' own eligibility and age rules also apply.

Accounts and access

Keep your devices and accounts secure. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and check the platform, username, profile, and account ID before confirming a connection. Sign in through the platform's authorization screen. Do not send Hub your platform password or verification codes.

You can disconnect an account in Hub. Permission cleanup may require retries when a platform is unavailable, and you can remove Hub through that platform's connected-app settings. Disconnecting does not delete content already posted on the platform.

Your content

You keep ownership of your scripts, recordings, captions, and other content. You give Hub permission to process, store, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request and operate the service described in the Privacy Policy. Connecting an account alone does not authorize posting a video.

You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed for your content, including footage, music, people's appearances, and required commercial or AI disclosures. Review AI-assisted suggestions and edits before using them; they can be inaccurate or omit material you intended to keep. Keep your own copies of important media.

Do not use Hub for unlawful activity, impersonation, unauthorized access, infringement, spam, harassment, or evasion of a platform's restrictions or suspensions. Do not interfere with the service or another person's access.

Scheduling, review, and posting

A saved plan is not a publishing job. Upload and review transfers the selected export to Hub and prepares a review; it does not itself authorize publication. Review the exact video, account, caption, visibility, settings, and time before creating a posting job. If you choose timing variance, review the actual assigned times.

Automatic mode authorizes Hub to make the posting request at the reviewed time. Prepare for my tap holds the job until you tap Post in Hub. A tap before its scheduled time keeps that time; a tap after it authorizes posting now. Hub schedules its own requests rather than relying on a platform's scheduling feature.

Platform processing, network problems, permissions, quotas, or account restrictions can delay or prevent a post from appearing. A scheduled time does not guarantee the exact time a video becomes visible. A platform can reject content or apply visibility restrictions. Check the resulting status and visibility in Hub and on the platform.

Cancellation is available only while the job can still be safely stopped. Once platform processing starts, verify its status in that platform; Hub may be unable to cancel or remove it. If Hub says the result is uncertain, check the platform before attempting another post. Only use rescheduling or editing controls actually offered by your version of the app.

Other services and platform rules

Apple, Cloudflare, TypeSafe/JEV, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and services you choose have their own terms and privacy practices. Their requirements, account eligibility, and availability apply when you use them through Hub. Hub does not guarantee platform approval or continuing API access.

Hub uses YouTube API Services. By using Hub's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

TikTok posts require the declarations shown during review, including its Music Usage Confirmation and, when applicable, Branded Content Policy. Instagram use is subject to its Terms of Use. Hub's review does not supply music or other content rights for you.

Availability, ending use, and responsibility

Testing features may change, contain errors, or be unavailable. We may update or restrict features to address security, reliability, misuse, legal requirements, or platform rules. Where practical and lawful, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to contact us.

You may stop using Hub and use its account-deletion controls. The Privacy Policy explains the separate handling of server records, permission cleanup, local files, and third-party copies.

To the extent allowed by law, testing features are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or a particular outcome. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Utah law governs these terms except where law applicable to you requires otherwise. Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts in Utah. These terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to bring a class action.

Updates and contact

We will identify the effective date of updated terms and provide notice of material changes. We will obtain agreement where required before applying new terms or materially different data uses.
